Oh dont take it all so seriously. It is no more silly than those 'will it blend' vids, or 'sticking mentos into coke' or a thousand and one videos on the net.

Toddlers who watch A-B-C rhymes don't slip into these videos you've mentioned(I agree they are equally sick). But the one I posted keeps coming on the suggestion list in Youtube, when kids intend to watch just the rhymes.
And please note the little ones try repeat what they see on the videos. And it's easily doable. I feel this is truly dangerous.

If your kids can do that then perhaps you should hide your keys, because even giving them a toy car is encouraging them to drive!

The context is completely lost.
When you park your car, in your own garage, your kid shouldn't be motivated to put a toy under the wheels. You can't keep an eye 24x7. You can try you best, but it's also good not to expose your baby for wrong experiments. Simple

As a kid, we used to put dimes on the train-track, so we'd get a flattened dime.
Modern kids should not know about the existence of cars, that's dangerous

Toddlers shouldn't be watching A-B-C rhymes on the internet unsupervised in the first place. Lazyass parents tend to make those toddlers into mobile phone addict-zombies, so that's what needs urgent attention.
You want me to report the original video for what, exactly? I don't see anything objectionable in the original video, and won't report it just because you don't like it. You don't get to tell what people watch on the internet.

I let my kid watch the basic A-B-C rhymes, It's like 30 minutes quota per day, supervised.
When this happens, Youtube keeps the *recommendations* ready in the playlist. The original post is about this.
