What are the ethics of reposting one of these cartoons on my Facebook page?

Some cartoons are pointed to via URL in the lounge, but actual cartoons aren't shown here (there may be some in articles, but they will be subject to the same licensing conditions are the rest of the article, so check there).
For "linked-to" cartoons, you would need to check with the "other end" of the link. Some are very liberal (XKCD for example is fine with pretty much anything); others are litigious (Garfield for example is a brand and pretty protective of the IP).

** Many people fall because of wearing the wrong shoes so Business will be telling you which shoes you can wear.
** The route driven or walked home may be statistically more dangerous so Business will provide maps with specific paths employees may take.
Non-compliance with any of these will cause employee to incur fines.
There will be many more as we think of them.
And this is For the Good of Humanity so resistance or complaining will also be fined.

You say this in jest but some of these are already implemented, diet and sleep I believe. Guidelines only but give them time.

That's 2,314 billion gigabytes.
Or, (I think, I can't count that high, I only have 10 fingers and 10 toes) ~2 zettabytes.
