Well actually he has had possession, he changed the locks - that is what the law turns on - he now has title.
The family was also ordered to pay costs which is a pretty clear indication of which way the law leans.

Today I needed some 9v batteries. My other half - the shining light of my life - told me she was going shopping and asked if I needed anything. I looked on the supermarket website and found a pack of 4 9v batteries which would fit my needs admirably. I showed her the picture and wrote down on her list the precise description.
She went off on foot and after about 2 hours returned with a bag of shopping. I asked her if she got the batteries and she dug down into her bag and produced........a pack of 4 9v batteries.
That is today's news.

Hmmm, my wife always takes the wrong Zinc type batteries instead of Alkaline, thinking about ordering a pack online now

In this part of the world, it's all but impossible to buy zinc-carbon batteries, unless you actually seek them out in someplace like a "99 Cent" store.*
* A wildly disorganized store attempting to give the impression the very low quality imports it sells are a bargain.

Ah but what you did not see is herself trying to pick the best pack of 4 9v batteries off the rack. I find this behaviour astonishing, a woman will spend 3 minutes deciding which pack to take, not fresh fruit but packaged goods - weird and annoying.
