I tried this service last year and wasn't impressed; I hit periods where high usage meant that it wasn't responding as rapidly as I would have liked. To be honest, you can pick up a Mac Mini for next to nothing so why not go that route instead?

As long as you are running OS/2 2.0 or later you are fine.
If you're running CP/M-86 on your mAC address, then it'll also work.
