As a born diplomat, I tell you that you need to learn more about diplomacy.
Instead of saying:
You, sir, are a moron!"
You could better say something like this:
"As any moron can see, x is obviously going to fail. Shirley you agree that we should do y to avoid that problem."

I kept thinking that is the real reason, they recently had a redesign of our area and squeezed in 2 more bodies, the excuse was that the design was more ergonomically sound, bullshit.
I moved to a different floor as I require western personal space area. Asians really don't have the same reaction to crowding a cuacs.
