After all - sure, Donald Duck (and Trump, too?) have nothing to hide, but even Disney realizes that mammals need covering in the conservative ruled censorship of mass media.

You are assuming there should be something in that region that needs covering. Bob is an alien so who knows where or if that location even exists?

Donald Duck has feathers, the bits are already covered. Even looking between feathers it's really hard to tell the gender of a bird, (usually it's other things that give it away, like colors, beak, laying eggs, or like Daisy a ribbon and lipstick.) Guess birds should wear pants over their heads.
Conservative censorship, you mean they really want to ban naked animals! Who's going to dress up the lions & tigers when they do documentaries? Will dressing up polar bears be wise as they are already getting too hot with all this global warming gong around? And snakes/seals: how to make the clothes stick, also young killer whales might choke on the seal's suit buttons.
