Hi All,
Still trying to loose the InThePub suffix, had an interview on the 23rd Dec, the guy kinda liked me (?) and am now told by the agent they want to see me again (!). Just nothing from the agent yet, they want to see me tomorrow or Thursday. I said tomorrow at 10 am fine, as of yet I have not heard back from the agent is it too early to prod the agent.

Was just scanning through some old code, and I came across this, I think from a consultant we had a couple years ago:
row.StockPrice = this.StockPrice * (1m + row.Step);
In context, "Nuke" is short for dollar-nuke, or a "dollar-neutral" adjustment (Don't get me started on how complicated convertible bonds are), so it's perfectly valid and innocent... But that's just an awesome comment to see first thing, after coming back from a 3-day weekend.

I tend to prefer

but, time goes by, projects end, and thus far: nothing ever caught on fire.
Sometimes when a customer annoys me and also expects code they can 'self maintain' I'll be nice and write descriptive comments and use meaningful variable/parameter names, in abbreviated Dutch of course - figure should be quite a treat for them here in Asia.
