And you know this because:
- Your read this on the internet?
- Your checked yourself?
- It just sounds about right?
- Meds wearing off unexpectedly?

All the above!

1, because I did use the noted URL for Millon # of Pi.

I think he's only talking about PI. Out of all the triple digit combos in PI, 666 is the most common. At least that's what I assume that's what he means

But you miss the big picture: why would anyone want to know that?

How can that possibly be known? Even one million digits is an extremely small fraction of the total number of digits in PI.

Telling the co-worker to find something pleasant to ease into Monday and thereby the week. Don't do what I've already done today, gotten a problem-resolution call for someone else's code because I'm the only one around who can follow it.
Anyway, back to the point. I also noted that one shouldn't do unpleasant things on Friday so as not to risk the weekend, either.
Which leaves Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for unpleasantness and problems - but I'm actually too busy then to worry about them.

I was on a long weekend, Sat - Mon, away somewhere without any internet. Bliss.
Mon morning message comes in from a small co with me as the go-to tech guy, 'X can't use the internet.'
Next message, 'Only x, everybody else OK, should I reset the modem?'
Background info: X is n win 10, everybody else 7/8
Next message relayed via my son (I ignored the earlier ones), 'Reset twice, still same, should I power-off, power on?'
My answer relayed back, 'Sorry, my battery died, X is on windows 10, it's his laptop. Can't help from here.'
FMD. FPOS. Even purposely 1000 km away up a mountain without internet that F w10 bites.
So the point of my reply:
Who needs to go looking for work on a Monday when the F wankers at F microsoft has given us the FHPOS windows 10?
(Hey, wankers doesn't get starred out!) ... woot! woot! FU ms, you are one huge F bunch of wankers!

Had a boss that once would've argued that if you have to be eased into Mondays, then the solution is to work on weekends so you don't interrupt the flow...

Nice.. what are you building?
Ah, I see you have the machine that goes ping. This is my favorite. You see we lease it back from the company we sold it to and that way it comes under the monthly current budget and not the capital account.

I'm actually appending to an existing build - 2012 Mustang with a carbureted 427 Windsor.

Jealous.. I'd quite fancy a Mustang myself, they just started putting the steering on the correct side over here recently
The standard model is pretty reasonably priced too (considering the price of other comparable cars) but running a 5L V8 in the UK is an expensive job. The 2.3L EcoBoost just isn't the same experience..

I heard they're dropping the V6 from the lineup in 2018... When my car was a V6, I was getting 31-34mpg on the freeway if I babied it.
Now, it gets 6mpg - if I baby it.

Just out of curiosity, how much is gas where you live? Here in Italy it's about 6$ per gallon. My car makes 38 - 42 mpg depending mostly on outside temperature, but I mounted a GPL tank. It consumes about 1.5 times as much but it costs 1/3 of gasoline at about 2$ per gallon, with an average of 25 mpg.

$2.19 I think (I use 93 octane in the car). I don't really pay much attention to the price because, well, gas...
