We can enable disable it. On each post, there is a check box to allow private email replies.

LabViewStuff has the option to allow that turned off in his profile, so you can;t do it.
Instead, reply to one of his messages, asking him to contact you via the "Email" option in the message.

View the member's profile that you need to contact. Just above the summary in the profile, you'll see their CodeProject alias starting with an @ symbol.
