If a company has gone to this extent to protect its network then you will need to be very careful. Any attempt to get round it will probably be banned in company policies and any hence any act to contravene that can be seen as a disciplinary matter. (Ie no job)

Show your supervisor a demo of your code on your personal laptop, ask if they're interested, and if so, how to get it to where it needs to be.
Possibly, they'll have you write it to a CD or similar and hand it to a properly-authorized admin to put somewhere accessible.

Set up another external email address? I cannot believe that they will have restricted email so far as to only allow emails in from a whitelist. What they probably have done is restrict what attachments they will allow on emails. Most will disallow .exe. ,.bat, .ps1 etc, and many will disallow compressed files such as .zip.

I bought a gaming mouse (Logitech G502)
It comes with a mouse software where one can set "multiple sensitivity levels"
I can understand the value of having and set 1 levels to a specific values.
But all the other levels (save the default) I have no clue what they do / how o "activate them" / what do they even means?
I don't mean multiple settings / mode.
I mean for a given mode, I get multiple ticks for my "multiple sensitivity" levels

You can see the second pick: multiple ticks, for multiple DPI level.
BUt I am experimenting as much as possible, those levels seems... pointless!

EDIT I am not asking of the usefullness of a single DPI setting. But the point of multiple of them!!
EDIT2 What I mean is.. hod do I use those other sensitivity levels? My mouse always move at the same speed!

I used to be sensitive to DPI levels, but a new pair of sunglasses fixed that.

I was told years ago that the best view of Texas was in the rear view mirror, and the best place to be in Texas is the exact middle (so that, whichever way you go, you're on your way out). I find those to be unfair statements, now that I've seen at least some of that vast territory.

DPI sensitivity is very important in gaming, especially in a first person shooter (sniper mode). It's also very important when doing graphic arts. Setting the "ticks" allows for a much more accurate placement when changing and/or locating pixels on the screen. The multiple modes allows for custom sensitivity for each application. Level 1 could be for Call of Duty, while level 2 would be for Photoshop. The sensitivity is pointless if you aren't doing something that requires precision on pixel placement.
When you are dead, you won't even know that you are dead. It's a pain only felt by others.
Same thing when you are stupid.

My Logitech gaming mouse (I forget the model) also has a couple of switches on the mouse itself that allow switching between sensitivity levels. So while running/moving, high-sensitivity allows quick motions and almost instant turning. While, when using a sniper rifle, low-sensitivity allows for accurate headshots from vast distances.
The most useful is a button (on the side) you can hold down to go to lowest sensitivity while depressed, which I (actually my son, who is obsessed with CS:GO) can use to enter sniper mode temporarily and revert to previous sensitivity when released.
