Cool stuff. I didn't know about the Main being called three times. I don't remember seeing that behavior. In my debugging of my own code it only ever gets hit once, so that's a bit confusing.
My plugins don't have to be loaded continuously. Each one acts like a Console application. The plugins are loaded on a schedule, each does it's own thing, quits and are unloaded.
I do have plans for a couple of plugins that run continuously, like you're explaining, but we haven't had the time to get around to implementing them yet.

Well, it's default behavior is to unload after returning from Main, and I made it not do that, and that's how I noticed the behavior.
My current issue is finding out how to tell inf the plugin's app domain has been unloaded. I found a way, but it involves adding a reference to mscoree.TLB, but when I do that, I get the little yellow error triangle in the reference list. Still researching it.

Yes, you're wrong.
No, it doesn't belong in an article.
It was in reference to a post I made a week or two ago about having to use MAF. Dave suggested looking at the SimplePlugins library, and I was merely updating him on my findings.
