I installed 2 NETGEAR WAC720[^] this weekend and they work without problems with Apple, iOS and Windows devices. They aren't cheap but they are the only ones that I found to support seamless roaming without a dedicated wireless controller.
Before I used an ASUS RP-N53[^] and it also worked without issues with all the devices.

It' s true that Microsoft didn't gave a sh*t about our feedback, but finally we got some wallpapers, a few animated GIFs and a badge next to our profile...
I would prefer a Microsoft with ears connected to brains...
