I can only assume the install package consisted of a strand of DNA and it had to evolve into an intelligent life form before becoming a working program?

That would be a remarkably efficient way to distribute software over very slow connections.
Perhaps MS are planning cutbacks in their internet access speeds?

It depends on your intentions.
Storage:
Currently, DNA is more compact than even the best storage devices. This will probably may change in the not-too-distant future. Furthermore, the size advantages come at the cost of requiring massive amounts of hardware for encoding/decoding.
Transmission:
If your DNA molecule is capable of reproduction (not true of an arbitrary DNA sequence), then DNA may be a slow, but efficient method of distribution. However, you must then take into account replication errors, etc. Furthermore, if you expect the DNA to "evolve" into your data, you must also provide mechanisms to handle mutations from the desired evolutionary path.
While I can't speak for Microsoft, I think that for my computing needs - I'll stick with physics.

xy -y2 / (x-y) => y+y
xy / x-y => 1*1/1-1 => (actually how could you divide this when there is a minus...)
y2 / x-y => y/x-1 => (actually how could you devide this when there is a minus...)
But i guess thats bullshit 2 because it "should"? be x2/x-y - y2/x-y which ruins everything

All I can say is no.

The only thing i can agree with is that 1 != 3/3 (at least not exactly) because 1/3 is 0,333... and multiplied with 3 it is just 0,99999.... which is technically 1 but not 100%
