I see you've made the common mistake of believing that there is some logic to it. It's presumably an attempt at a reverse anagram such as ..

Utsn (5, 4)*
MIXED NUTS

... with the idea being that its an anagram of conceivable but not actually conceivable and therefore it's INCONCEIVABLE. I know, right?

That's worse! ABL is not in CONCEIVE. AB is in CONCELIVE or L is in CABONCEIVE or AB is in CONC and L is in EIVE. And in any case the answer is INCONCEIVABLE not INCONCEIVEABL! IN CONCEIV, ABLE is not! Clever idea I'll grant you but nul points for execution.
