Without getting into precise details of what you're looking for (list of types of icons, sizes, style, etc) I would suggest taking a look at IconShock. A wide variety of styles and, unlike many others, very reasonable pricing. There are tons of icon providers out there but I haven't seen any that have the selection and variety that IconShock does for the price (no - I am not affiliated with them). Biggest complaint about them would be their small icons - while some providers will actually have a different "version" of an icon below 32 pixels, they do not. The result is barely distinguishable icons - it's a beautiful detailed picture of a printer at 64 and 128, but at 16 it just looks like a blob.
For simpler/metro-style you may consider SyncFusion (which I believe I saw someone else mention).

Free icon collections are not solution.
The best icons and good copyright are stocks. ShutterStock, istockphoto, fotolia, dreamstime, 123fr, depositphotos, bigstockpictures, vectorstock and a graphic designer with experiance.

I just wanted to know how useful are the articles/blogs which list out Interview question and the answers.
I feel it gives a false sense of success to the candidates that by reading these articles, It will help them ace the interview.
No doubt these article give a good summary on fundamentals, but it would make more sense if titles are changed to something like " XXXXX fundamentals on the Go" or something else.
In all my 15 years of my career on both side of the table, I have rarely encountered a straight 1-2-1 Question Answer without proper context.

They are completely useless - unfortunately, we see people posting crap like that here no CP. These give you no context, and no practical experience.

I have done so with at least one of our more prolific authors (a CodeProject MVP). That author refuses to rephrase or remove them, and has posted many of these articles.

Any interviewer worth their salt knows when people know what they're talking about anyway. When interviewing people the thing I hate the most is when you ask a tech question and they go; "Euugghhhh....." then offer up a guess, "is it 15?". This is an interview, not a game show. I'm working out your level of knowledge to see if you are suitable for the job, I'm not offering the job as a prize if you get a certain number of questions right. If you don't know something say you don't know.

Perhaps their intended use is as a ready reckoner for managers who also conduct interviews, and ponder about - "What technical question to ask next? ... What reply to expect?"
