Emsisoft.com and Malwarebytes.com (latter is a better price)
Both have great detection rates and a level of independence which is important. Emsisoft also make a pretty good firewall

Thanks a lot for your reply. Since I ordered Kaspereskey, I am going to use it for a while. If that is not good, I will check with your option

I'm curious; why doesn't anyone mention Comodo[^]?

I am looking for a free software for working on UML focusing more on creating components and State Machines.
Any suggestion from personal experience ?
cheers,

My suggestion from personal experience is not to use UML.

pen and paper and a scanner/camera to archive the results.

I rarely use UML but when I do;
Used to use StarUML[^] very good app but I believe they now charge. Although just went to site and it states "No time limit for evaluation, a license should be purchased for continued use."
In the current project I'm doing I used; Dia[^] and really like it. It does UML and a lot more, it's a diagramming tool.
New version: WinHeist Version 2.1.0

I'm currently unsupervised, I know it freaks me out too but the possibilities are endless.

I use UMLet: http://www.umlet.com/[^]. It quite easy to use - everythings just drag and drop. Unfortunatly, use case scenarios are hard to create.

When I was gaming, I'd use "Squishy Tampon of Discomfort". It actually got me banned a few times.

Been a long time since I played that. Is it still going?

It's still available for purchase. I might reinstall it, one of these days, and see if there are any fresh, new 14-year-old buggers who are willing to make me look useless.
