This is a community, so content should be public. There is a facility to contanct members privately should they wish to enable it. Failing that there are the forums and the article sections.

Please don't. You already have one; why do you need an email-inbox per website? What's the case for having to check your mail in more than 20 different locations, each with their own password?
I can already promise I'll ignore everything that gets sent there, just as with the mailbox that the government and the bank created.
