I am trying to give my user ownership of specific data row that they enter information into, but as well as allowing other users to view and select from. I mean the information will in the database will be able to be seen globally but can also have the information designated to that user. I am using asp.net C# and MS SQL Management Studios, can anyone help, I believe this will have to be in SQL..

A few points.
1. This is the lounge. Programming questions don't belong here.
2. MS SQL Management Studio is an application, not a database. You're thinking of SQL Server.
3. You need to clarify with your clients and yourself what you mean by giving users ownership of specific rows of data. That sounds, to me, like a suspiciously vague requirement that you could end up making all sorts of wrong assumptions about.

I used OSX (Mountain Lion/10.8.)
(Once I cleaned all the crapware off the Start Screen and put more apps in my task bar, I've found that I don't mind Windows 8 that much. I do miss Aero, though; every time I see a clunky monochrome border on a window it annoys me.)

I use Windows 8 and Start8. I would still be on 7 if that program didn't exist  ^^

I run Windows 8 at home, I've never really had an issue with it and it works great on my touchscreen ultrabook. In the long arc of Windows the only version that ever pissed me off was Vista. Never had an issue with Apple's OSs either (however their choice of Objective C as the development language for iOS on the otherhand .. ), liked Android since 4.X also. Don't really understand a lot of the complaints out there .. bunch of fanboys for the most part.

Windows 8 works great. You just press Windows Key + d and you're at the desktop. Pin all your apps to the taskbar and its pretty much just like Windows 7 I don't think I've really used any store apps at all tbh. There's the rare trip to the start screen to find a newly installed application, but personally I haven't found any use for the store apps over just using desktop apps and a browser.

After watching this bit of Apple marketing I went home and gathered up all of my Tupperware and locked it in a chest in the basement. I sorted the plastic according to its "sheen" or "satin" finish. I had no idea that I had all of this artwork spread throughout the house - I'm giddy with excitement.
In all reality Apple marketing really has it down to a science. By the end of the video I'm asking myself how I can live without a phone encased in plastic - I cannot believe the confidence with which they market gaudy crap. It is a supreme bullshit job, stunning in its effectiveness. It will be gobbled up by consumers.
Marketing just a year or so ago was bragging about solid aluminum cases - it left me wondering how any computer could be housed in anything less than a solid piece of machined aluminum - and now, on a whim, they change course and get you thinking about the unparalleled beauty of plastic.
Simply amazing.
I'm waiting for the iPhone that is encased in petrified goat droppings.
1: Eco-friendly.
2: Several exciting earth tones.
3: Easy to hold.
I honestly think they could sell it by the millions.

Well, with a little work and clear intent, I'd think you could achieve that goal. I am being hard pressed to figure out how to do so without making it seem like that is the goal. I think they did an excellent job of hiding that intent for this ad.
I did sort of feel like sticking my fingers down my throat while watching it.
