Why the report header goes above the page header? Makes no sense to me.

Makes sense to me: The report comprises pages: so the report header is applied to all pages. The individual page header applies only to that page, which is a logical subset of the report.

Yes, perfect sense. You don't want the fine print, large title, details of when pulled, at the top of every page. You want one or two small details, e.g. print date, and you want column headers.

Not in the tools I use, Report Headers are applied once and page headers every page. I always seem to think of a page header as something that goes on top of a printed page. Sort of like a page footer goes on the bottom of the printed page. Meaning the report header should come after the flourishes in a page header. But that is my opinion, which seems so far, to be in the minority.

Take a novel. Open it at random.
Chances are that on one side you have a Book Header (Author) and a page number, and on the other you have a different Book Header (Book name) and a different page number.
The Booker Headers alternate, and the page number is the page header.

Do you put your namespaces under your functions?, do you put your solutions under your projects?

It makes perfect sense - think about the report hader as the so-named page header for the first page, whereas the page header is for subsequent pages.

Reminds me of the comic showing a street with four pizza restaurants: the first advertises itself as "Best Pizza in Town!". The second as "Best Pizza in this country". The third says "Best Pizza in the World!". But all people flock to the fourth restaurant that proclaims "Best Pizza in this street!"

Just got back from a site meeting at Cardington Hangars.
The contractor who is refurbing Hangar 1 has had cost over runs of over £1,000,000 and wants more money from us.
I pointed out that there was a contract in place stating the cost, so it was his fault.
He was not happy, citing the engineers report he based his quote on as being wrong.
This is where it gets interesting.
We did not pay for that report, it was one from a previous interested party, and rather than pay for another report, the contractor just used the old one.
He saved himself about £8,000 by doing that.
There is another meeting this afternoon when Sh#t will hit fan in a spectacular way.
I am just relieved that the fault lays not at my door!

A-level results are in[^], and the Torygraph has done it again!
Click through to the article[^] and you get barely-legal twins celebrating their results*.The editor must have burst a blood vessel.
It seems no a-levels have been passed by boys for years, if the photos in this papers are to be believed. The last boy I saw just happened to be in the background of the hackneyed shot of two girls jumping. 
*The paper must have been particularly keen to capture this pair, it is unusual to see anything from the Toon, unless it is related to benefits, unemployment or drunkeness. Their school was round the corner from where I did my A-levels, I used to call it the happy hunting ground.
