Whenever I look at "blast from the past" photos that my school friends post on Facebook, I look deeply at the young kid that is me. Those pictures are like the light from a star hundreds of light years away, yet I'm next to that star at the same time. My youth vanished, and all I have left are pictures that offer a clue that I was once young. It's hard not to feel old with the evidence in front of you, but be grateful at the same time!
