Interesting: evidently GrindTV.com can't be accessed from Thailand.
There's sure no shortage of bio-luminescence videos on the web[^], but I would enjoy seeing this one.

I *think* this[^] is the video, but I'm not sure because I can't access the link posted by the OP either.

Yes, I have heard about that from someone who was in the Navy. The plankton also starts glowing in the wake of a bigger ship.
And from the clouds a mighty voice spoke: "Smile and be happy, for it could come worse!"
And I smiled and was happy And it came worse.

I'm going through some testing and trying to figure out the "why the hell did it do that" problems.
I decided to add some more camo patterns, and the one I just added doesn't seem to want to resize correctly as the camo layers are composited. Most of the morning was spent trying to figure out some stuff that is working correctly, but bugs the hell outa me (regarding resizing/rotating/scaling)...
I wish Christian was here...

See, you should have gone for 3D. Those things would be far less tedious then. Just render your new pattern into a texture and then render the model of the gun (or any other model) with that texture.
I was only one step away from giving you our XNA graphics engine and UI. But, to be honest, showing you how to use it would have been easier if we were not sitting half a world apart and there probably are still enough bugs lurking in there which would have made that tedious as well.

Doctor Who?
Weird, mad and utterly excellent episode.
Amy is still hot, River is having some great nights and Dorium tells the Doctor what the first question is, the one hidden in plain sight that must never be asked.
Can't wait for the new series!

Maybe I hate it because I always half expect, half hope, that it might be something akin to science fiction
Instead of a continuous mishmash of soap, fantasy, and new rules of physics

I did watch it, BTW, and the reason I watch it is to commune with my kids.

The Matt Smith run diffently gives one the feeling of "ADHD" moments. I totaly enjoyed the episode and I was swearing during commercials that Moffat better not dare make it a two part'er. Not to let the "cat out the bag" for the ladies and gentlemen whom have not seen it, I was a bit disappointed with the Madame K bit. srly under used, like is/was she to be a major bad guy or not? The Master had more bite when he was last carnated during the return of the timelord episode.
One thing I would love to see is a "3 or 5 Doctors" Episode again.

Rumour has it that there will be a past Doctor story soon, and 2013 sees the 50th anniversary, so a great opportunity to get a multi-Doctor/multi Companion story.
I did like the little tribute to the Brigadier last night, and presume that Sarah-Jane will get a similar tribute, perhaps at christmas.

saw that tribute as well. tear jerker.. It's seriously been 50 years of Doctor who? man, and he doesn't look a day over 500. I found Madame Korviran (sp) ended up as "back seat villian compared to the "issue at hand" ( the part that bugged me) where leading up, one felt she would take a pivotal role ( course may not be the last we see of her).
The part how The Doctor cheated death amused me. I had a feeling they would do what they did to the Master ( after the master was burned, and his "wife" took the ring). I wasn't paying attention about the robot.
After watching the show, I'm currently in 3dsMax trying to build a Dalek. first time with 3ds (last time I did anything of design was back in 95 or 98 on autocad). maybe setup a "time war" using XNA

Long story short, I'm a longtime fan of Starcraft and regular watcher of SC stream on TeamLiquid.
And since all browsers sucks ass by devoting 50% or more to other activities than browsing and displaying pages, I forged my own stream player and posted on TeamLiquid (not sure if TL guys are happy about that ... yet).
