Random events like exploding hard drives are a productivity killer! We have Raid 10, and a Norton ghost to a separate disk of the main OS disk daily.

At home I can't be bothered with all that so just use http://www.lushbackup.com , works just as good, except uploading my Norton images Smile | :)
