Happy Birthday
M.D.V.
If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

The TIME went by no need to wonder where it went it is gone
I am sure you have had wonderful TIMES witch have provided great memories savor those
We don't have a in person contact relationship but I keep wondering about the post
where you talked about moving to Canada
Wishing you all the Happy Days associated with your milestones
Keep kicking those stones down the road and living life to the fullest

Terminus By Ralph Waldo Emerson : (last stanza)
".....
As the bird trims her to the gale,
I trim myself to the storm of time,
I man the rudder, reef the sail,
Obey the voice at eve obeyed at prime:
“Lowly faithful, banish fear,
Right onward drive unharmed;
The port, well worth the cruise, is near,
And every wave is charmed.”"
It is the Journey not the Destination that is to be enjoyed."
Have a Great Birthday!

Happy Birthday and Anniversary, dear lady. And thank your husband, as well, for not being a jerk and keeping you from sharing your wit and wisdom with the rest of us, lesser beings. Some guys are like that, sadly, and to my mind they are insecure, weak ninnies who need a good tipping into a dumpster. Your gentleman seems to be a good guy, and a blessing to your life. Good choice, girl!
When I was in High School, I can clearly remember talking with my friends about the odds that we would live to see 2000. Hell, we had the Cold War, the Vietnam War, the Draft, Nuclear Energy proliferation; there was no way we were going to make it to 45!
We did...
You say you feel old in your bones... Let me tell you a story, my young friend.
When I was in my forties, I had a young friend of 5 years old. She announced that she wanted to learn Tai Kwon Do (where do little kids get these ideas?) There was no way that I was going to let my little Laura Jo enroll in a strange studio before I checked them out. So I enrolled. I was 47.
At first, I couldn't touch my toes, I couldn't even touch my shins without grunting. After 6 months of training, I could stand up straight-legged, and lay my hands flat on the floor. That took no effort, and cost me no pain. Mind you, it took a lot of hours of hard work to get there, but I did it, and so can you.
Today I'm an old dog, barking at 70, but I can still perform most of what I learned at that school. Yeah, there comes a time in life when you can no longer do the things you used to do, but it comes at a time much later than most believe.
Schedule some serious physical activity, like martial arts, and pursue it. I truly believe that this course will enrich your life for as long as you live.

Here in the states, there's a company that makes crisps with truffle flavoring. Have you ever heard of or tried those?

In Montréal, we have a good selection of imported truffle flavor chips like Torres Selecta.
Some are better than the other. It a fun novelty chips.
These days I have a fixation on Brets French chips.
