You might want to include an impartial 4th (in this case) party. Someone who can control the meeting and keep everything on track so it doesn't degenerate into shouting, name calling, and fisticuffs.
If your company has HR they might be able to get that impartial party.

I write code that works very well. And the majority of the people that I work with recognize that. So if someone attempts to denigrate that behind my back the other people will just recognize it as stupidity.
Might note as well that I never denigrate others. Regardless of the situation.

I have always found it extremely interesting that many, many super talented people in the world, have really bad drug and alcohol addiction issues, some of which eventually lead to death - i.e. Elvis Presley. For a select few, they get clean and sober and live highly productive and talented lives i.e. Robert Downey, Jr.
Just weird how that all works out.

Agreed. Plus celebrity kids seem to have even more addiction problems than their parents. Probably stems from poor parenting, too much money and too much pressure to be "cool".

That's just it... people think they understand fame. They don't. Nothing on this planet can prepare you for it. Your average therapist or psychologist does not understand it. People may think they do, but they do not. For instance, everyone understands the concept of heartbreak. But, to experience a bad one is an entirely different story.
Fame is quite literally one of the hardest things to endure mentally, especially for someone like Elvis who wore his heart on his sleeve. And unless you experience it yourself, you'll never know the truth.

It's not just celebrities or rock groups that get caught up in drugs, a very large percentage of "ordinary" people all over the world get caught up in the drug culture. 
Alcohol is a drug responsible for many more deaths, including the innocent people killed by a drunk driver.

Twice have I shared the theme song of the game Atelier Ryza.
I've finally played it and after completion I went straight to Atelier Ryza 2.
And this is the theme song of the second game.
Great game, but a bit easy.
I've set the difficulty to hard and I still have no trouble blasting through enemies while not even having fully upgraded gear.
Anyway, the game has lots of fun mechanics and a great soundtrack.
Can't wait to get playing (and listening) again this weekend 
Atelier Ryza 3 is set to release next month, so expect the third theme song somewhere in March

It's not hentai, but my girlfriend refers to the game as "the boobs game"
I even got the DLC that includes swimming suits 
Other than the hugely exaggerated feminine curves, it's a solid JRPG though.
