"Bumping" your question is not tolerated. What makes you think "bumping" it in a forum which explicitly bans programming questions would be any better? 
Looking at your post, you haven't asked a question; you've just posted a link to your actual question on another forum. Another big no-no.
Edit your question to provide some proper details, and somebody may be able to answer it. But if nobody can, don't spam the other forums with links to your question. If you've provided as much information as you can and still haven't had a reply, then you have to assume that nobody here knows the answer to your question.

No I did not link to my own question.
I linked to another guys question.
And I stated that the answer given to him did work for me.
I also stated that users from my region have no access to that relevant forum.

If you have no access to that forum, how do you know that the question you linked to is related to your question, or that the answer given there doesn't work for you?
And what makes you think that everyone here is going to have access to that forum to read a question that isn't the same as yours?
If you're going to post a question, then POST A QUESTION. Posting a link to something that's sort-of like your question on a different site is NOT acceptable.

Hey!
So, I'll go there ... (hijaacking a "thread", as mentioned by RD) ... in light of the idea squeezed out daily through the through the in the NYT, taxing the rich (scheesch, it must some sort of agenda by now, right?) ... I THINK that the rich should just up sticks and move out of the country avoiding all the through the through the in the country. I mean after all, taxing the rich to give money to the uneducated/unevolved poor bastards so that they can have more children to push ahead and improve their physiques in the offing ... is alot like punishing the gun manufacturers for making guns used by idiots to kill both idiots and sane criminals.
Like, I mean, same thing, right?

My sources tell me that piquant and pungent are synonyms, and define piquant as "pleasantly stimulating or exciting to the mind" which is my own little tribute to six years of TotD. 
The clue was inspired by RETROMINGENT last week and the GENT bit in particular...
