No, but my employer required a drug test before my employment was confirmed. Good news was that I didn't have a migraine in the week or so before the test. My migraine medication includes codeine, which would have caused a positive result for opiates.

Ask OG, not me. 
A consideration can be a quid pro quo thing, so I think it's fair enough. In trying to figure it out, I learned that criminal can be an anagram indicator, which would have been misleading to those who know this. There are FAR TOO MANY anagram indicators in my opinion!
