Assuming what I was given was indeed civet coffee, also over-rated.

I have never understood this coffee fascination. We have no coffee at home. People seem to be shocked by this, for some reason.

Looking at the history of the buyer - they absorb small companies within 2-4 years from acquisition, when those companies became departments of some expertise...
Until then the new companies are 'partners' or 'child-companies'...

Pray (often). My last company, I joined a very small division where we all knew each other; it was really good. Then we got absorbed into a larger division and things were slightly less good; decisions were taken by people we had never heard of.
