If it's in the agreement doesn't mean it's legal, even if you signed it.
I think you'd still make a pretty strong argument in court if they used your credit card to buy stuff.

I'm not a big fan of Heineken too, I'm more into Belgian beers like Leffe, and nearby where I live there's a local brewery named "Praght Brouwerij" that makes excellent beers. Bit too expensive though to drink everyday ...

That is one my pet peeves. It annoys the $%#^@* out of me when people call a flashdrive a USB. There is no such thing as a USB or even an USB.

{..}And that is abbreviated in common parlance to "USB".
