Is something i think of every week, some may still remember i am writing a big projectmanagement for Automotive spice requirements and we do have those weekly meetings.
Now to the fun part, we have a lifecycle defined for a Workproduct (thats an ASPICE req). This lifecycle has a Quality Gate at every phase to prevent bad documents from being used.
So normal way is you work on that doc and finally it gets to the q-gate, gets approved and we work with it in the next phase. Now QM says we need to have the ability to send it back!
Project manager says, no you can't send something back that already is reviewed and released for this phase.
Guess the discussion...
Now we have to redesign the process so that it can be sent back but earlyier and not only at q-gate. I luv being a programmer but those mindjumps... nah cmon.
And then they complain the software won't get done in time XD

I think, now I look at it, that I was on the way towards this....
1. Endless Little = MI (Mini without the last two letters) - hence the Italian job clue
2. NIS - "evil" sin, ie backwards
3. Without, as in outside or surrounds it...
But, as for the "TER" part, not sure 
Or this could be complete BS

My original clue was Prime Minister for "Head of state is best with endless little evil without sin".
I knew it would be solved in a minute, so had to tweak it. On the hindsight I should have posted this

Transmission goes out $3K. Car value $3K. Well it is in (I thought) good condition, so put the new transmission in. Two weeks later the check engine light comes on and it starts to surge at around 40 MPH. 
So I am told it will be $3K to fix. Elephant, elephant, elephant!
Not going to fix it, but still have at least a year to pay on my pickup truck. So drive the truck and only drive the car when I have to.  I really do not like to drive the truck in town as my spatial perception is not the best.
Hope to get something early next year, but in the mean time...
