Hah. Once I saw this recruiter talking to everybody on LinkedIn:
"Looking only for the nerds! If you are a nerd, and know how to program, and have experience on it, we are accepting only the bests! We pay the market compatible salary."
People started to make so many jokes out of it that the recruiter had to delete the job announcement.
