I heard there was a vacancy via myself, and then invited myself to an interview. Nice guy, nice interview - I met me in a pub and we talked it over while downing a few beers. A quick competence test, and discussion of salary, holiday, and perks (whatever I can get, none, and none) and I was in. Been here for ten years or so now, and not planning on leaving, though I can be a hard b@stard of a boss from time to time. The daily commute is nice and easy!
