Lots of Asian restaurants in the centre, just outside the station, Pizza Express about 15 minutes away, or The Inn at Maybury[^] 20 minutes or so, but you could just drive past that on your way from the A3 to the station; toot as you go past my place.
One of these days I'm going to think of a really clever signature.

Agreed - my advice on driving in London has always been "DON'T!"
I have successfully followed my own advice on all but two occasions, and regretted both of those.
I always find somewhere to park up near the end of the tube line that goes closest to my destination, then hopped on the tube - for example, when travelling to Wembley for cup finals in the past, I always parked in Stanmore and got the tube to Wembley Park

The O2 has decent public transport connections. I strongly recommend getting a train, or at least parking up at a far end tube station and getting that.

Could always park on the M25 lol!

The Reincarnation wrote: Any suggestions? Don't. You will hit traffic from somewhere south of Guildford and the journey will be hell. I would really not advise driving round any of these roads late afternoon if you have to make it by a certain time. If you must drive, then drive as far as Woking, park outside my place and walk to the station. Your journey from here by train will be much less hellish.

I would have took you up on that if I had seen that before I left. In the end we drove all the way(the missus didn't want to walk in her shoes or get her hair wet). The journey was surprisingly unstressful and we got there with plenty of time to spare.

You must have been lucky, I drove to Waitrose yesterday afternoon and it was chaos.

Somebody spilled some black ink on Travolta's chin. It looks like he tried to mop it up with his hair.

Hey looks it's two old people doing an impression of those kids from the film Grease.
I hope scientists are studying John Travolta's hair, I think it may have stealth properties given how little light it seems to reflect.
