tried to use the online help for one our gadets my request was turned down as I am a 'believed Chatbot or other agent'  Phone bored person in Liverpool get some better response (and start doubting their ability to pass!) AI gimme a break!

Some captcha's are so difficult they made me think that perhaps I am a robot.

OK. If they're asking about which squares have a street sign in them, and in one of the squares is a teeny tiny corner of the sign in the adjacent square...does that count as having one or not?

... that copying cells in Excel and pasting them as an "Enhanced metafile" in powerpoint or word results in a cropped image being pasted. Internet forums are full of requests for this being fixed and of workarounds with every combination of Word and Excel versions.
I wonder what my boss would say if I had not fixed a bug after 18 years.
