It's just a direct link to a JPG image - so how it opens will depend on how your browser and OS is set up to deal with them. For me, it opens in the browser in IE, but Firefox will want to download it by default, while Chrome wants to open it in my default photo viewer...

This reminds of one of the funniest cartoons I have ever seen. It was about thirty years ago in a magazine that shall remain nameless. There were two beggars, one had a sign that said "I am deaf" and the other had a sign that said "I am blind." The deaf man was standing on the blind man's foot and the blind man said, "I say, you're standing on my foot."
The image was much better than my description. I wish I could find the image but I haven't been able to.
