I don't think so. Maybe Messi and Ronaldo are better but not that much better.

He enjoys the surprise effect. Neymar is carefully and 'affectionately' attended by many defenders.

Fair point, though I'm not sure that Mbappe will be treated as a surprise for any longer - they'll all be trying to kick lumps out of him from now on (especially Uruguay). Not sure how many will be fast enough or good enough to get that close to him, though!
It's a real pain that the France v Uruguay has to be on during work hours (especially as I originally had the day booked of as holiday)

Yeah. Start building. Here are the hallowed schematics and articles (by Weisbecker himself) to build the original Elf: Build The COSMAC "ELF" Part 1[^].
Just replace some ancient parts, like the 256 byte RAM, and use something more modern. It's still a great trainer for learning. Only the CDP1861 viedeo chip you would need for the expansion of part 4 is practically impossible to get by now (and you will not get any of the three I have).
