If you're on Windows, you could roll your own with .Net and WPF in less than an hour. Use your own passphrase to create the AES encryption key, the files will be impossible or too expensive to decrypt even for "agencies" with nearly bottomless resources.

The "good bit" about mastectomy is the reconstruction.
A friend of mine had one removed, and a few years later when she was pronounced "well and truly clean" she was offered reconstruction, with a "matching job" to tighten up the "spare" that time had treated less than kindly, so they both looked as normal as possible. That cheered her up immensely!
