Initially I was dismayed to discover that some members here knew that Maunder had inflicted us with My Little Ponies avatars. But now I understand some of these members know the names of said Ponies.

Finally, after years and years of begging and pleading from you guys we've finally finished the massive infrastructure overhaul needed to include your avatars in our discussion forums. At this point we're limiting it to a select few forums to ensure stability and load issues are sorted out, but we don't foresee any issues given the amount of testing we've done.

[edit] - damn, I actually took it seriously. I mean I did not even think it's prankish and since the site lets you login via sites like Facebook, I thought this was a natural progression.
