I predict that Apple will introduce a Cranial Implant iPhone, which requires users to up upgrade their whole head every six months, or their IQ drops by 50% to save battery life...

For the anti-Apple fan boys....
Since the IQ is low enough to begin with, a drop of 50% is inconsequential.

Sounds to me like your using iMath.
I believe it's time for another upgrade.

I am fairly certain that this functionality already exists.

OK, I'll come back to that in one year

Yes but with every upgrade you head gets wider!

Original Griff, you got it in one!
And please send a link to the article about the new apple headquarters that won tons of Design awards, but the employees keep walking into the glass walls, to all of the Apple sycophants that criticize your comment.
Maybe they will understand, finally, that function triumphs over form every time.
"Newer" is NOT automatically better, only Different. (And more complex and bug ridden when it comes to all of the "boutique" languages / frameworks out there)

There's several free polling sites out there. Google "create a poll" Several CP'ers have used SurveyMonkey in the past, I believe. People here seem to participate. You could then collate the results and make an article out of it.

Based on what I perceive, I think a lot of iPhone users must already be having this implant.

For me, there are really only 4 TV/film sci-fi franchises:
Dr Who
Star Trek
Star Wars
Stargate
I'm not that keen on Star Wars and some of the early Dr Who is pretty poor. Been watching some early Stargate and it was very good.
Which is your favorite? Have I missed any?
Honorable mention: Firefly/Serenity. Would have been the best of the best. Sigh.
[EDIT] To clarify: I mean shows where there are both TV and film episodes as well as spin-off or secondary series (like Torchwood).

Babylon 5 - hard to find a close second
. . . reverential gap . . .
Dr Who - the early ones (up through Dr. No. 6) (not the '2005' franchise).
- particularly bad are the xmas specials.
Star Trek - as long as we pretend "Voyager, with Captain Mommy" never existed
- also, anything with "Q" sucks, as well
some up-and-comers include:
Preacher

If you like early Trek, have you seen StarTrekContinues[^]?
It's a little jarring at first, seeing different actors in the familiar roles. But it actually does a pretty good imitation of TOS.
It's also fun looking out for the cameos - James Doohan's son as Scotty; Marina Sirtis and Michael Dorn as computer voices; Colin Baker as an alien; and I'm sure there are several others I've missed.
