11 million documents from Panama's Mossack Fonseca Bank are made public, and some of the rich and famous are going to be sweating: [^].
"It also reveals a suspected billion-dollar money laundering ring that was run by a Russian bank and involved close associates of President Putin. The operation was run by Bank Rossiya, which is subject to US and EU sanctions following Russia's annexation of Crimea.
The documents reveal for the first time how the bank operates. Money has been channelled through offshore companies, two of which were officially owned by one of the Russian president's closest friends.
Concert cellist Sergei Roldugin has known Vladimir Putin since they were teenagers and is godfather to the president's daughter Maria. On paper, Mr Roldugin has personally made hundreds of millions of dollars in profits from suspicious deals.
But documents from Mr Roldugin's companies state that: "The company is a corporate screen established principally to protect the identity and confidentiality of the ultimate beneficial owner of the company."

A problem by the money can be solved through the money.
A whole lot of people who sweat by these "leaks" later just wiped it off by bribing the government & walk away. At least it happens in India. The whole country knows who are all the defaulters , but none hardly gets into the prison. Because they are all "Big shots".
The same crime if its done by a minnow, he might get up to death sentence! That's the whole rubbish thing happening everywhere, even online you see!  . The punishment is always based on the people's nonsensical attribute called "weight".

I have been invite by female coworker to her and husband's golden shower for new baby.
I am unsure of etiquette for attending as alone make, and to brought gift or not... Is it common like that?

No harm in going alone, but if you feel awkward take a date with you - ask a lady friend (platonic will do). And if they have a gift registry, buy something off it, although chances are that what remains unclaimed would be something crazy expensive like an expensive stroller, or a baby bed or something like that. Check if they are planning to have alcohol - if they don't, you may want to pre-drink prior to going there just so you don't waste an entire evening.
