Everytime when I try to access Plenti account, it just asks me that. I know I'm not robot and won't be. It's that so clear. I'm this close to close the account.

I think the point is that they don't know you're a robot until you tell them. Perhaps you're happy for an actual robot to log into your account and do whatever it likes but Plenti would prefer that didn't happen. It would seem a little perverse to close your account because they are concerned for its safety notwithstanding the enormous effort and inconvenience to you of having to tick a box.

Well, How many times should you tell them? For each and every login access? That doesn't make sense. I expect "I'm not robot" question only if there is a suspicious activity happened around the account. THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT. THE ROBOT TOO.

Yes, of course, it has to be on every log-in. Otherwise there's no point at all. You'd look pretty silly if you only did it every 10th log-in and a robot was logging in on every 11th! And it's a bit late to be doing it after suspicious activity, Shirley!
