Perhaps since the warning comes from the FDA, the more accurate statement should be "only confirmed in America".
It could very well happen elsewhere, but establishing that is not the FDA's job.

Even though it costs as much as a small car,
it's got this button with an airplane on it and when I press it, I can fly away to a place where nobody can reach me.

I was getting my hairs cut by this lady who has done this cutting for me for years. We were talking about tech and it's trappings. I said ya know, The horse must have been a real pita it it's last days, and while the car was far superior, certainly comes with a new set of problems not the least of which is who gets shotgun and will it do a burnout.

It's an LG Flip Phone (US$20). Has power-off button, too - no need to upgrade.

that's still true, even with the current phone-in-face melding. I've seen what passes for pictures. A "Disc File Camera[^]" was not a Hassleblad. And it showed. It wasn't even an "instamatic". It would pass for a decent cellphone.
