All I know is that I've wound the Procrastinator up to 11 in a bid to avoid finishing some work. Might need to have a coffee while I consider my next move.

I though "hiccupping" but that is (10)...

Ah, but how about hiccuping. Which is 9.
Since I'm going to be busy tonight (star wars at last), I'm happy to declare you winner and let you take a turn setting the CCC.

Look like you are up again tomorrow - so what was the solution?

hiccuping
'Picnic hic hug gin cup'. Seeing double, twice as many letters, so take one of the 2 Ps and 1 of the two Us and 2 of the 4 Is, etc.
Tipsy implies anagram.
Hiccuping.

Argh I thought it was something to do with this but I couldn't work it out because I always spelt it hiccough, which was 8.

Good luck!
Hint #1: Music related, but no major issue
The correct answer is MINOR - Chris Copeland solved it.

Mules - Don't ask I'm using a "brute force attack" method.
BTW how many guesses am I allowed? (Mastermind rules)

Why are you using a BF&I* method with three common letters, when you know only two are correct?
MUSIC 1B/1W
STRUM 0B/2W
MULES contains the 'M', 'U', and 'S' from the previous two.

Correct, well done. Your turn tomorrow
...I guess the clue was too easy, wasn't it?

Awesome, I shall get the cogs working on one for tomorrow!
It sort of gave it away, but the 1B 1W from MUSIC was a tell too

Leslie Nielsen died!? Omg that's such bad news!

Looks like Leslie will come back a few more times.
I wonder if this has something to do with it:
Big Fat Important Movie (2008) Played by Leslie Nielsen (as Osama Bin Nielsen)
The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here
This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a f***ing golf cart.

I just called, and the guy told me that they don't sell components any more.
This confused me, because I looked on their website and it appears that they do.
So I clicked on SSD Drives, and it looks like they don't sell those any more. (Just one refurb on the site, nothing new from anyone else.)
Did I miss the memo ?

They've shut a lot of stores down in the last year. Not doing well I'd say!
|
|
|

Good riddance to them. They ripped me off by sending me, and charging me for things I didn't, and wouldn't normally, order. When i objected their mantra was - "We show that you ordered these items - do you wish to return you order, there will be return shipping and a restocking fee".
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.

Here is how you can stop that before it happens...
CitiBank Has This[^] very nice trick. You give the online merchant a credit card number which you limit, both time and money.
If they try to hit you for more money than the number is worth, the transaction is denied.
A very few other banks also have this. I am surprised that it is not more popular.
