Superb movie, but I didn't even make it to the end of the first episode of the TV series -- they'd ripped all the plot devices, but weren't capable of maintaining the art.
It was like watching 14-year-old Chinese kids play rock; all the right notes are there, and in the right places, but it's just not rock'n'roll.
