Doesn't matter... I tell him that on a regular basis.
I went from being on call every 5 weeks for everything (hardware, database, applications, network) and supporting databases and applications to being on call every 10 weeks, working on a single suite of applications and only being on call for that... win-win for me.

Hmmm, I just don't want to get caught like a friend of mine who had it with Umbrella companies set up his Limited and it turned out the umbrella had mixed up some tax and bang, big bill.
