Top post in the C# forum was originally posted in the Lounge. It got a few sensible answers and was there for awhile before people did the usual "wrong Forum Please read the sticky at the top post". Whether this was down to the username or the quality of the question is up for debate.

Jacob from Finance...Cut your budget.
Jack from Admin...provide you with another "process improvement", aka collecting more data so you can crunch it and feed it to his ever-growing empire of staffers.
Sophia from HR...Raises, promotions, finding the staff you need for a project.
