please visit and pay attention to the "source" all the CP sources are links to Threads and NOT news articles.
If you have an issue with the other item you need to raise them with the originators, next you will be blaming Google

The source does not link their page on code project.
Every Television news program does not write 100% the articles, they validate articles before relaying them.

Looks Like I was wrong.
http://www.winbeta.org/news/microsoft-publicly-confirms-windows-9-coming-soon
No wait the first paragraph ends with "so does this mean Microsoft has officially confirmed the name "Windows 9"? Not necessarily."
And what event?

The news story did not have the event named at which to prove the story.
Also the only way Windows 9 was reached was through a translation.
It is not confirmed - so I am not wrong or right.

I deny that their political, they only swing left or right when I'm leaning or laying on my side. Physics, not politics - honest!

No sh*t.
"Internally, Microsoft refer to Windows Threshold as Windows 9, whether Windows 9 ends up being the public name for the operating system remains to be seen, but there's still a chance."
Gee, what most of us have been saying.
There is a slim possibility that someday you might be right about something. I hope your brain doesn't explode.

Yes I know
That chance part is something I am trying to point out instead of people treating rumor as fact.

And the question that still hasn't been answered is, does it really matter? Does the name that is commonly used to refer to a product that will be released in the future really matter to anyone until it's actually released?

When it came to build in March of this year, the Windows 9 name consumed the news stories and what actually happened at build didn't matter.

Most other releases haven't been seen as a mockery of the current operating system other then Vista.

You obviously don't remember the mockery of Windows ME or XP when it was first released.

Yes and yes, sorry forgot about ME.
XP is a great example, because I too avoided it until I gave it a chance.
