I didn't make it to the gym today. That makes five years in a row.

Last time I was in a gym was 1961.

That was before the first time I was in a gym - I was only two in '61!

Have you developed into more today?

Well, I've got a lot larger, and have much better control over bowel movements ... so in at least some ways I have improved.
On the down side, I have also learned to talk and type - both of which have annoyed some people quite considerably over the years!

If you find another imaginary person to multiply with, you will end up with something real. Sadly, it probably will be negative.

gymnasium : a large room with equipment for exercising the body and increasing strength, or space for playing sport.
Nope, still unclear to me

I actually started swimming again three weeks ago. It had been over three years since I had been in a pool and now I've swum 13 of the last 15 business days (I swim at the university student rec center where I work) and it's actually the best part of my day now.
As for a gym, I've never been in one and wouldn't know what to do with the equipment.

Have never ever visited a gym in my 55 years of existence.
Instead, I do yoga at home, on a daily basis.

I know how you feel. Last year was the first year I didn't run a marathon because of COVID.
Every other year I didn't run because I am fat and lazy...

Not going to the gym is always a top priority.
It's hard work and I can't afford to skip a day or I may gain my losses.
It's almost a top sport, but once you start it's addictive

Hmm ... where do I know it from ?
Trying very hard not to go swimming each Saturday,

Unfortunately, I am quite allergic to most forms of exercise, and I am under a doctor's strict orders to not go to the gym under any circumstances.
To make matters worse, my wife has to do all the work around the house and property, since I am medically unable to.

And how much did you have to pay the doctor for that note?
