Instead of which they gave you an underscore.

Hmm. I had a friend in college whose name was William J. Mee. He went by his middle name (Jeff) rather than Bill.
I'll wait.

I am on a completely different computer (Server 2012 R2 VM) now and running Google Chrome.
Today I went to LinkedIn and the first thing LinkedIn told me was that I wasn't running Chrome (or any valid browser). After looking at it again, I guess they are just saying Chrome version needs to be updated.
That's interesting.
I refreshed page and everything seemed to work fine.
However, the LinkedIn page locks up and becomes completely unresponsive in Chrome.
I think Chrome is having serious issues?
Here's my article from the weekend about it too:
Win10 : Examination of Disk Utilization (Includes DiscoFiles utility)[^]
Are any of you experiencing Chrome issues?
Edit : I'm running Chrome Version 48.0.2564.109 m (64-bit)

No problems - but then I'm running Version 56.0.2924.87 (32 bit version on the desktop, 64 bit version on the WookieTab, same version number on Android).
That's a very old version you got there!

You are right about it being an old version. The one at home I was having trouble with is the latest version. I will update this one now just to see what happens. Thanks for chiming in.

Not sure if you're being cynical or not.
Personally, I've been using IE since Netscape fell out of favor and haven't looked back. I do have Chrome and FF running in a VM for those few occasions where something simply doesn't work. As for Edge...I find it to be too minimalistic for my taste (I hate apps that hide everything from you in an effort to "keep things simple")...

Not Chrome issues but certainly LinkedIn issues. Half the time it won't start, the other half, I wonder why I bothered. I know they have to "update" it every now and again but you're supposed to make it better, not worse.

We have some problems only with the beta version of Chrome... not LinkedIn related...
On version 56.0.2924.87 LinkedIn looks all right...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Thanks for trying it out. I upgraded to 56.0.2924.87 here on the VM now and LinkedIn seems to work.
Still have the other issues on the home computer. Just trying to track this stuff down.
