All the summer shows that find their way to me one way or another (Defiance, Dark Matter, Under The Dome. Killjoys, Suits, Mythbusters, etc.) are over but there's still two weeks (or more) to go to the launch of the first round of the big winter series. So what the heck are they putting on the telly in the hiatus I wonder to myself over here in Rightpondia on a slightly chilly night with nothing but Bake-Off to watch?

Continuum - excellent show; sadly final season; that started a couple of weeks ago.
The Strain is still going though getting a little silly.
You could always watch one of the "Slappers of..." shows

I will not buy a Donald Trump under any circumstances.

This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a f***ing golf cart.

"No, from Canada."
If software development were a circus, we would all be the clowns.

Come next year and you might not get a choice...
I mean...their selection history isn't good: Nixon, Raygun, George WubbleYu, ...

In Tricky Dick's case they usually pretend not to have ever heard of him

...if a person in Denmark, Wisconsin, were to eat a Cheese Danish?
Go Packers!

No, that's OK. But a cheese-head should never eat head-cheese.

Consider yourself lucky.

I was referring to the full episode on IMDB, not the slideshow on the article.
She really hasn't aged well, has she?

Spoiler: Voyager was almost as bad as Deep Space 9.

Well, call me a sad bugger, because I enjoyed both.
I particularly enjoyed the lack of Ensign Crusher, and the total absence of Guinan.

Voyager wasn't at all bad: it worked well (Neelix and Kes excepted) because it wasn't traditional Star Trek - the Federation was just not there.
DS9 was pretty good as well, Quark excepted.
Both had much, much better story lines than Enterprise did.
And, of course, there was Seven of Nine, and Jadzia Dax...

7o9 is a funny looking bird. Jadzia Dax, on the other hand, is quite pleasant to view. Retired from acting, damn it.

If you teem her up with PeeWee Herman would that still be considered exposing yourself to a minor? Just wondering!
