Is it near Jeopardy? I am told that there are a lot of jobs in jeopardy at the moment.

It's right next to Absentia.

I think it should be ACRONYMS, but I can't justify the "M". If you add a point - "N" - to CRAYONS you get "ACRONYNS" but I'm not sure that's a word ...

Solution? I'm still nowhere near.

OMG! Again!
But here is the trick.. I work with the same people, doing the same work, having same pay.
But now I am directly employed by EA. (i.e. Electronic Arts) instead of going though an agency. And I have leave and sick days on top (so, really, a little bit of money increase )
Yea!
Gone is my work with EA. Long live my new work with EA!
And you better pay me some micro transactions prompto!
(just kidding, I mean surprise mechanics!)

If you can keep your head while those about you are losing theirs, perhaps you don't understand the situation.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

Congrats - so they decided to keep you and the agency fee probably covers your benefits so a win/win for you and EA. When the bank wanted to put me on as perm they offered a package 30% less than I was getting via the agency (and I was already getting holiday pay). I was a contractor for 15 years

Well... for me the point of being contractor was the better pay. But looks like I can keep the better pay, so I dont mind!

Did the first computer date back to Adam and Eve?

Well, I know about the Adam (one of my cousins had one), but I never came across an Eve.

Should've done this ages ago...
I'm in a shared office, but for the past few months I've been by myself more and more often, mostly three days a week now.
I used to listen to music through my headphones, then my laptop speaker, and now... Through my brand new Creative Pebble v3 speakers
The sound is surprisingly good for its price (and really just good overall): Creative Pebble V3 Minimalistic 2.0 USB-C Speakers with Bluetooth® 5.0 - Creative Labs (United States)[^]
Got the idea from someone else in the building who was blasting music so loud I could hear it all the way across the hall (in length)
Haven't been a fan of Creative since I bought a soundcard with 7.1 surround speakers back when that cost me months of salary (I delivered morning newspapers).
All was well and then Windows Vista came along (yes, that long ago) and Creative didn't update its drivers and I could basically throw away months of salary (my music never sounded that good again)
In their defense, they weren't the only manufacturer with driver problems back then...
This Pebble thing is a cheap plug 'n play device, can't go wrong really
